Now pluGGd.in reviews Remindo By Prateek on November 19th, 2009

This just in, again!

pluGGd.in, a great showcase for startups wrote about Remindo today.

While Ashish gave us a thumbs up in the interface department saying:

(Remindo interface is) the most apt way to get started when it comes to building social software for (the) enterprise market

In an interesting turn of events, he insists that we are more about project management than an intranet!

Now this is a great affirmation that the project management and collaboration features that we have built in are useful, he has also given us some valuable advice on how to take things forward as an intranet.

As expected, a fair and intelligent review from pluGGd.in. Read the full text here

BarCamp Mumbai 6 By Prateek on October 14th, 2009

As always, BarCamp delivered. Between Kunal (in-house PHP guru) and me, I think we were able to catch most of what was going on. There were excellent sessions on client side optimizations (we plan to give some ideas a spin soon), upcoming web standards and surprisingly numerous sessions on SEO.

The place was swimming with fanboys, evangelists, bloggers and barely-out-of-school hackers and of course, web developers and teams from indian startups. Here are some photos. There were puzzle sessions and some very informative stuff on how big brands are creating content exclusively for the web – we even got treated to some sneak peeks into content made specially for advertising festivals.

In short, a Sunday spent very, very well.

PS: We are so going to talk about Remindo in BarCamp 7!
